Service Agreement

By utilizing the services provided by Jordan Distribution Limited, you agree to enter into a service agreement. This agreement outlines the scope of work, including transportation, logistics, and delivery services. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties

Liability and Insurance

Jordan Distribution Limited takes every precaution to ensure the safe transportation of your goods. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays incurred during transportation beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God. Clients are encouraged to obtain insurance for their goods during transit

Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered by Jordan Distribution Limited are due within decided days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.
